Trees in the right-of-way (between sidewalk and street), protected or heritage trees under a local tree ordinance, and anything on commercial or platted-development land are different — several cities in Tarrant County do regulate those. We check the current ordinance for your address before we quote, and we will tell you if a permit is required.
