Testimonials
What our customers say — and how to judge us before they do.
We would rather show ten real reviews than fifty invented ones
This page is deliberately empty of testimonials right now. We are rebuilding it with verified, attributable reviews from customers who can be contacted, rather than the unattributed quotes that fill most tree-service websites. If you have worked with us and would be willing to leave one, it genuinely helps.

How to judge a tree service before anyone reviews it
Reviews are a lagging indicator, and in this trade they are easy to manufacture. If you are comparing bids right now, these five things tell you more than a star rating does:
- A certificate of insurance — general liability and workers' compensation, issued by the carrier, sent before you book rather than after you ask twice.
- A written scope that names the specific trees and describes the cuts. “Trim the trees” is not a scope, and it is where nearly every dispute starts.
- A straight answer on topping. If a crew is willing to top your oaks, they either do not know better or do not care.
- A named credential. Ask which arborist certification they hold, who issued it, and for the number — a real one comes with a body that will confirm it.
- Payment terms that are not cash in full up front. A deposit on a large job is normal; the balance is due once you have walked the finished work.
Those are the standards we hold ourselves to, and they are a fair thing to hold us to. More on how we work is on our about page, and the questions we get asked most are answered in the FAQ.
Where our work is
We are a family business working a defined territory — 100 cities across Tarrant, Johnson, Parker, Hill and Bosque Counties. Staying inside a territory we know is why repeat work and neighbour referrals make up most of what we do, and it is why being straight with people about what their trees actually need is not just principle, it is the business model.
